Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join a client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

This role is responsible for supporting and managing a broad range of HR functions, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, providing guidance across multiple HR disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new-hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive transition.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee relations while fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; stay current with regulatory updates and recommend policy adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, address employee questions, and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related matters.
  • Support employee development by coordinating performance management activities, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to strengthen individual and team performance.
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs aligned with organizational needs and strategic goals.
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal labor regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Experience with Paycom is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices, particularly related to recruitment.
